Review:
A
very 80's film that is shot in a very old style showing its age and
possibly not making too 'timeless'. However, I think if you have
kids, they'll love it. It was my favourite book when I was young and
it's taken me 20 years to watch the film, but now I have I'm in love.
They have the characters spot on. The make-up and sets are fantastic.
Personally, love it more than The
Labyrinth.
It
has warmth and beauty in it as well as sadness and depth. A true
fairytale film.
